Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support staff during shifts
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assign tasks and prepare team for each shift
• Handle customer concerns and solve problems quickly
• Assist in all restaurant roles when needed
• Communicate shift results and issues to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma (college preferred)
• At least 1 year of food service experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
