Our strategy includes expanding our AI advisory business, in partnership with leading legal AI technology solutions, on top of our existing deep partnership with Microsoft. The broader offering will meet the existing legal and compliance teams’ landscape of multiple AI solutions, advising on best practices and building a comprehensive AI innovation program. The Epiq team will consist of legal technology SMEs, legal engineers, full stack forward deployed AI engineers, and AI governance professionals.The program includes an AI innovation hub that enables legal and compliance professionals to utilize the AI technologies the organization has invested in, through structured training (tool selection, prompt engineering, workflow creation, among others.), office hours, labs, on demand support and change management. Forward deployed engineers harvest use cases from business users, prioritize, and co-create based on ROI and AI skill commonalities that drive velocity and outcome driven solutions.We are looking for candidates that bring legal, compliance and/or AI technology skills and a strong curiosity to conquer the next frontier of AI with an amazing and energetic team of SMEs. Our customer base is vast across the global 2500 and AMLAW 200, the ideal candidates will have experience working with enterprise organizations and/or big law.Must have Harvey and/or Legora workflow agent build experience. We are open to candidates that have not held this type of role prior, but have experience needed with Harvey and/or Legora.
