Location: Remote - based in Cleveland, OH or Akron, OH (with travel)

Compensation: $90K-$125K

Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to own and grow revenue across our Ohio territory. This role will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with channel partners in outdoor signage solutions (billboards, video and digital displays). The Territory Sales Manager will develop territory plans, identify new business opportunities, and consistently hit sales targets while coordinating with operations and marketing to deliver strong client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets across assigned regions.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for billboards, signage, digital/video displays
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and agency partners; act as the primary point of contact for client needs and renewals.
• Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts and pricing, and close deals in collaboration with legal/finance teams.
• Conduct regular territory market analysis and pipeline forecasting; report results and activity to sales leadership.
• Coordinate with operations, installation, and creative teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of signage and display campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand regional presence and awareness.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, track sales metrics, and share market feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of territory or regional sales experience or channel sales experience
• Proven track record in business development and account management with measurable sales accomplishments.
• Direct experience selling billboards, signage, digital/video displays, and/or A/V solutions
• Strong negotiation, presentation and consultative selling skills; comfortable delivering proposals to C-level and agency stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple opportunities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory frequently and hold a valid drivers license.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
