About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership, responsible for driving the organization's financial success and strategic goals. This role demands a detail-oriented, autonomous individual with a strong background in financial management, regulatory compliance, tax accounting, investment valuation, and fund accounting. The VP, Finance will oversee all financial operations, ensure optimal resource management, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include regulatory and tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury management, investment monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and collaboration with portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in accounting, finance, and income tax, with a focus on investment management principles. They should be a hands-on leader with an ownership mentality, capable of managing a complex, diversified portfolio. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and CPA accreditation is a must. The role also requires a candidate with executive presence, exemplary communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in merger and acquisition and familiarity with various investment vehicles and strategies are a plus. The VP, Finance will be expected to be a strategic partner, a doer, and a leader who is committed to high ethical and professional standards.
