SuccessFactors PM

Location: Must be able to work onsite in Salisbury, NC 1 day per week. This must be from the time they start so would need to relocate to the area if not local before then.

Need a strong PM with good hands-on project experience around SuccessFactors and the implementation of SuccessFactors various modules to be considered.


Skills:
• Previous experience working as a Technical PM.
• Experience working on a SuccessFactors implementation .
o Needs to understand the technical side of HR and the implementation phases, etc.
o Should understand how requirements effect IT, naming conventions and impacts / flows of decisions throughout organization.
• Experience working with EU partners and vendors.
• Previous experience on a project involving MuleSoft.
• Agile
• AI experience within SuccessFactors would be a huge plus but not required.

Day-to-Day:
• Lead the implementation and integration of new HR modules within SuccessFactors.
• Manage the responsibilities of the staff assigned to the program.
• Outline and develop a project plan and timeline.
• Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement, productivity, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Review/submit deliverables and manage invoicing.
• Manage program financials.
• Ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate with global vendor and internal partners and stakeholders as needed.
