We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals who want to work from home and build something long term. 1099 Commission Based per hired driver

What You Will Do:

• Speak with drivers who have already applied for jobs,
• Pre-qualify and match drivers with the right carriers,
• Help drivers complete applications and move through the hiring process,
• Schedule orientations and follow up through onboarding,
• Work with carrier hiring teams to place drivers,
• You are not cold calling. You are working with active applicants.

• Strong communication skills
