Freelance Production Assistant for Aerie IntimatesProvide support in the development & production of new styles from concept to production via interaction with internal and external cross functional partners.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate daily with internal/external partners regarding style development, production, and delivery informationAdhere to the TNA calendar; responsible for all sample tracking and ensuring on-time delivery of all developmentSend out PLM and packages to vendors, track deliveryMaintain and organize costing recordsMaintain and organize style information recordsOwn end-to-end purchase order process with merchants and MOSPartner with the manager on garment cost, quantity, production planning, sourcing, and deliveryInterpret collected information, react appropriately, and communicate with affected parties in a timely mannerPrepare for cross-functional team meetings; attend and participate in meetingsPerform other duties as requiredAble to work in a hybrid environment, with some work performed remotely and some in-office based on business needs, including collaboration around product development, milestone meetings, and approvalsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalentAt least 1 year of related work experience; Intimates experience preferredPrevious experience working in a PLM system is preferredAbility to act as liaison between departments: excellent communication and analytic skillsMust be detail-oriented, computer literate, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of Google documents & Gmail, Excel, and PLM (or equivalent program)Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration as needed
