Overview Weber Gallagher seeks an attorney for the Medical Malpractice group in Bedminster, NJ. Responsibilities Provide defense litigation services in medical malpractice matters for the firm’s clients in collaboration with the Medical Malpractice group (role supporting senior attorneys with case work). Assist in developing case strategy, conducting legal research, and supporting discovery and drafting as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of defense litigation experience in medical malpractice. Admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey. Excellent analytical and research abilities; strong written communication skills. Benefits Salary range: $120,000+, depending on experience.
