Overview Fitmate Coach is on a mission to help people achieve lasting weight loss and health changes through daily support, accountability, and expert care. Our solution combines human practitioners with cutting edge technology to provide affordable, daily behavioral support. Your Role As a Nurse Practitioner with Fitmate Coach, you will ensure clients receive high quality, medically sound care. You will work directly with new clients via our Telehealth platform to support their health goals, validate and improve coaching programs, and collaborate with our tech and health teams. Your clinical judgment will enhance the credibility, safety, and personalization of the health journey programs. Responsibilities Serve as the primary Nurse Practitioner for onboarding and ongoing support of new clients Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for patients Manage chronic conditions with expertise and compassion Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and satisfaction Build trusting relationships with patients through exceptional communication and empathy Provide clinical expertise and validation for our content to ensure it meets current medical standards Collaborate with product and technology teams to translate clinical insights into impactful user experiences Incorporate feedback and client outcomes to refine and improve our health programs Participate in evening client interactions (ability to work 5-8 PM local time is a plus) Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in either California, Texas or Florida Experience in weight management, nutrition or obesity preferred Experience or comfort with telehealth and digital platforms Clear communicator with the ability to explain medical topics to non-medical stakeholders Passion for patient empowerment and innovative care models To streamline your application, please confirm the following: Active state license and board certification Valid DEA registration Collaborative practice agreement (standard care arrangement) upon hire No past licensing issues NPI number CAQH registration Benefits Remote, flexible work that suits you, including client support (5-8 PM) A collaborative and mission-driven environment A chance to shape the future of accessible, tech-enabled telehealth Pay range between $65 - $90 per hour depending on experience Location-related notes: Remote work from Texas is noted in the job posting.
