Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Colliers International is seeking a professional with expertise in managing commercial real estate transactions. The candidate will oversee the entire transaction process, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared accurately. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, acting as a liaison among various parties, and conducting market research. The ideal applicant has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced technical skills, and at least 3 years' experience in commercial real estate.
