Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader looking for more opportunity?
Maybe you are an experienced sales agent/team leader who knows their strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching, or holding others accountable, rather than selling. We have salespeople in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement, and accountability for goals. Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. You’ll join a great team of people here. We’re all looking to you for coaching, leadership, and support to help us hit our sales goals! If you’re up for the challenge, please apply today. Compensation:$75,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue
- Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections
- Manage all competitor, customer and market research
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth
- Mentor existing agents to increase productivity
- Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives
- Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
- Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
- Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
- Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
- Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License
