Case Manager - Reentry & Community Services

Westcare is seeking a candidate responsible for case management for participants in the STOP Program. This role involves managing a large caseload, ensuring coordination among various agencies, and documenting activities properly. The ideal candidate should possess superior organizational and interpersonal skills, two years of experience working with the criminal justice population, and knowledge of case management protocols.
