Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $33.50/hour
- Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do:
- Create, maintain, and organize medical records, files, and logs in compliance with procedures
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all records and documents
- Monitor inventory of clinic supplies and prepare related reports
- Coordinate outside referrals and facilitate transfer of medical records
- Assist in preparing routine medical and dental reports
- Read and interpret medical instructions, policies, and reports accurately
- Support recordkeeping related to sign-in/out logs and compliance monitoring
What You Need:
- Required: Valid licensure/certification, U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain ICE clearance (4-6 weeks)
- Experience: Previous medical records or healthcare administrative experience preferred
- Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication skills, ability to handle sensitive information

The Medical Records Clerk will be essential in maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential records while supporting daily clinic operations. Candidates must be prepared to undergo a thorough background and credit investigation as part of the ICE clearance process.
