Territory Sales Representative, Packaging & Industrial Supplies - Los Angeles

The Cary Company is seeking a motivated and personable TerritorySales Representative to grow our Southern California territory (Los Angeles and surrounding areas), focusing on our container, packaging, and filtration product lines . This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region. Warehouses supporting this territory are located in Jurupa Valley, CA , Livermore, CA , Grand Prairie, TX and Salt Lake City, UT . Compensation Competitive Base Salary: $75,000–$100,000 Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention. High-Earning Opportunity: Top performers exceed over $135,000 total compensation as territory matures. Additional Rewards: Special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones.
