Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven who work together to help customers protect their future. Before becoming an agent, I was a business owner providing financial services to small businesses, which gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and customer-focused solutions. I’m originally from El Salvador, married with five kids, and very family-oriented. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in engineering and have always had a passion for helping people build a strong financial future. That purpose-driven mindset shapes the way I lead our team and serve our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mauricio Interiano - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
