Job Description Position Overview: The Director of Finance will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams across the organization, providing operational insights, and driving key financial initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Reporting and Insights: Support cross-functional teams by delivering actionable reporting and insights to guide decision-making and influence property operations. Solution Development: Diagnose complex situations and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions. Build Relationships: Foster strategic partnerships across departments to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support organizational goals Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, while maintaining a focus on performance metrics and operational efficiency. Forecasting and Planning: Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning processes. Financial Operations Support: Tackle challenging problems across financial operations disciplines, including FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, and Acquisitions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 5 to 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Real Estate. Strong financial acumen with expert-level financial modeling experience. Demonstrated experience navigating and collaborating with senior executives. Exceptional business writing skills. Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus. #PIQ Additional Information AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with: Expected base salary of $140,000-$160,00 plus annual bonus.
