Online Fulfillment Associate

Summary The Online Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing all incoming online orders from the online platform(s). The associate pulls the applicable inventory products, builds the orders in the POS system, and stages the customer’s order for dispatch agents. They must adhere to state compliance standards, such as printing product labels and providing order totals. The associate also handles outbound and inbound customer phone calls regarding account creation, verifies delivery eligibility, and ensures all documentation is received before a compliant order is processed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pull inventory from the pick-pack room and enter products into the customer’s sales order. Build and set up profiles on the POS system. Update all steps during the process on applicable software program applications. Create an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, product knowledge, and salesmanship. Create and update online ordering account profiles in the POS system. Verify that all state requirements are met to proceed with a compliant sale. Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls. Resolve account creation issues for customers. Answer customer questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound calls. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and effects. Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales. Report all issues to management. Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Daily compliance with company policies including state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must be 21 years of age or older. NV State Agent Card Required. OSHA 10 Required (company paid) to be completed within 6 months of hiring. Physical Demands The physical demands described include regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally climb or balance; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The work environment is typically moderate in noise level.
