This role features an intentional, high-impact growth trajectory: you will initially master and modernize our core revenue accounting, reserves, and forecasting processes, and subsequently expand your scope to lead broader automation and operational finance transformations across the Controllership.Beyond month-end execution, you will serve as an innovation catalyst. You will identify opportunities to leverage data analytics, automation, and practical AI tools to streamline manual workflows, enhance auditability, and elevate reporting speed and precision. As revenue workflows are optimized, you will export these proven transformation frameworks to other core accounting streams across the organization.What You Will DoRevenue Accounting & EstimationOwn revenue accounting execution, including monthly/quarterly close entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis in accordance with ASC 606.Maintain, analyze, and enhance revenue reserve models (e.g., Ship & Debit, rebates, and returns) by evaluating historical trends, distributor inventories, and current commercial conditions.Partner with Commercial Finance to deliver data-backed revenue forecasts and explain margin/revenue variances to executive leadership.Serve as a key technical resource for sales teams and business leaders to translate commercial deals, pricing changes, and customer agreements into proper accounting treatments.Transformation & Process AutomationAudit existing revenue and controllership workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and minimize manual spreadsheets.Partner with Finance Systems and IT to design and implement scalable automation, improved system integrations, and self-service reporting.Actively pilot and deploy emerging automation and AI tools for data reconciliations, trend monitoring, and variance detection.Define standardized, repeatable transformation blueprints that can be scaled across other controllership workstreams.Governance, Controls & Cross-Functional PartnershipMaintain rigorous SOX internal controls, process documentation, and audit-ready schedules for internal and external auditors.Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal to understand commercial drivers and identify upstream risks before they impact the ledger.Champion a continuous-improvement mindset across Finance, challenging historical habits to build scalable, best-in-class accounting operations.What You Will BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with hands-on depth in revenue recognition (ASC 606), revenue reserves, and month-end close.Demonstrated track record of process improvement, workflow redesign, or implementing automation in an accounting environment.Strong proficiency with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel/data modeling skills.High analytical curiosity with an interest in leveraging modern data tools and AI to solve operational accounting challenges.Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsCPA or active progress toward CPA.Direct experience with semiconductor or high-tech distribution models, particularly Ship & Debit (S&D) programs and distributor inventory accounting.Hands-on experience working with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or channel management systems (e.g., Model N).Why Allegro?Join Allegro and become part of a team where your contributions truly matter.We foster a culture of Real Innovation, empowering you to push boundaries, develop cutting-edge solutions, and drive continuous improvement.Your work will create a Real Impact by solving complex real-world challenges that fuel our success and shape the future of technology.You’ll experience Real Connection, collaborating with talented colleagues around the globe in an environment built on trust, respect, and a shared purpose.Join us—and help build what’s next.At Allegro, we are committed to providing a harassment-free environment of mutual respect to fuel innovation through inclusive thought collaboration.
