We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team at IST Management Services in Center City Philadelphia. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in law firm management and customer service. We are committed to both excellence for our clients and upward mobility for our employees.

Hourly Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor supports the mail and receiving operations for the law firm.

  • Litigation Copy/Scan are main part of daily responsibilities
  • Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
  • Shipping/Receiving Services Receive and send overnight packages
  • Hospitality and Receptions support
  • Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Reporting - Capture volumes on a daily basis, review monthly billing and confirm accuracy of monthly report
  • Training - Coordinate cross-training and ensure written procedures remain current
  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills as well as management experience.

  • Law Firm experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Prior mail and shipping/receiving experience
  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required
