Customer Experience Coordinator

$25 - $28 per hour

Position Overview Client Experience Coordinator at The Davey Tree Expert Company. The position is located in Morrisville, NC, and requires on‑site attendance. Compensation ranges from $25 to $28 per hour. Job Duties Serve as the first point of contact and triage client and office needs. Field current and prospective client calls. Produce proposals and initiate contracts. Process employee time sheets. Maintain various databases and spreadsheets. Order and maintain office supplies. Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files. Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration. Outstanding telephone and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Average typing speed of at least 80 words per minute. Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy. Expert organizational skills and ability to multi‑task. Preferred: prior experience with CRM and SAP systems.
