About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Quality Operations to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for the datasets it produces. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the quality bar across all data operations, including the design of quality review structures, and auditing and reviewing quality across different languages and regions. This role demands a leader who can plan capacity against production ramps, and build and own dashboards for quality, throughput, and cost efficiency. The Head of Quality Operations will also be tasked with sourcing and managing a contingent workforce across multiple countries, and experience in this area is essential. Applicants for the Head of Quality Operations position at the company should have a background of 7 to 10+ years in operations, with a minimum of 3 years in senior leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running quality operations for large contingent workforce networks and owning quality at scale, including calibration, capacity planning, and spend efficiency. Experience in speech, audio, or linguistic data is a strong plus, as the role is focused on maintaining the quality of datasets that are integral to the advancement of audio AI. The company values individuals who are relentless operators, thrive in ambiguity, and are capable of both prototyping novel workflows and managing large-scale production systems.
