Join Our Team as a Precision Assembly & Finishing Technician (Aerospace Manufacturing) Are you detail-oriented and passionate about producing high-quality aerospace components? Lighthouse Manufacturing is looking for a Precision Assembly & Finishing Technician to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. As a key member of our aerospace machining operations, you will play a crucial role in assembling components, marking parts, and deburring machined parts to meet strict aerospace quality standards. Daily Responsibilities: Perform mechanical assembly of precision aerospace components according to work instructions and engineering drawings Execute parts marking using methods such as laser marking, vibropeen, or hand stamping in accordance with customer and aerospace specifications Conduct precision deburring and edge finishing to remove burrs and sharp edges while maintaining tight tolerances Inspect parts visually and with basic measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S standards Required Skills: Experience in assembly in a manufacturing or machine shop environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Familiarity with hand tools, microscopes, and measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: Experience in aerospace manufacturing or other regulated industries Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Experience working under AS9100 or ISO quality standards Technical Skills: CNC Mill Deburring Precision Measurement Milling Machines Calipers Salary and Benefits: Minimum Hourly: $21.00 Maximum Hourly:$30.00 Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), 1st Shift role, Flex time available, Overtime available Company Information: Lighthouse Manufacturing is a metal fabricator specializing in machining and progressive die manufacturing.
