Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Therapist located in Las Vegas, NV. The Licensed Therapist provides diagnostic intake and individual, family, and group therapy across outpatient office and community-based settings including schools and youth centers. Maintains a mixed caseload of children, adolescents, and families, and supports whole-child, whole-family health through assessment of needs and warm handoff to resources. The ideal candidate for this role will be committed to evidence-based practice and measurement-based care, using objective assessments periodically to evaluate treatment response and next steps.

The role also involves serving as a visible organization representative at community partner sites, collaborating with schools and youth centers, and effectively promoting a culture of mental health and wellness in the community. This may include building and maintaining relationships, providing consultation, and delivering mental health promotion and prevention programs. The therapist will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor graduate students, if assigned. Additional duties include maintaining accurate and timely records, attending community outreach events, and supporting families in overcoming barriers to accessing services or resources.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada licensure (LCSW, CPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) in good standing;
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure clinical experience with children, adolescents, and/or families including experience with evidence-based practices for youth behavioral health (e.g., TF-CBT, CBT, MI);
• Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation;
• Prior experience in school-based, community-based, or integrated behavioral health settings;
• Ability to work independently across multiple community settings;
• Familiarity with Nevada Medicaid MCOs and third-party billing preferred;
• Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, equity-centered practice with historically marginalized populations;
• Differential compensation available for Spanish language proficiency after formal competency assessment.
