Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work synergistically with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver inclusive, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide coaching to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices that facilitate ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes: Keep a close watch on clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient trajectory.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Commitment to ongoing learning with opportunities for continuing education or post-grad certifications.

Required Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
