Movement State Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team in the bustling city of North Las Vegas, Nevada . Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite at our rehabilitation center, equipped with the latest technology and resources to facilitate effective treatment. The schedule operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life integration that allows for both professional growth and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical health, encompassing assessments of mobility, strength, and functional abilities, to create individualized therapy plans.
• Designing and executing customized therapy interventions, specifically for orthopedic and sports-related injuries, aiming to restore patients to their active lifestyles.
• Providing hands-on treatment and utilizing manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility, facilitating quicker recovery.
• Engaging in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a patient's recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation using EMR systems, such as WebPT, to track progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role involves working with a diverse patient population, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to patients rehabilitating after surgeries or accidents. You will impact various demographics, allowing for a dynamic and fulfilling work experience as you help individuals regain their strength and independence.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, with a focused background in orthopedics highly preferred.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a preference for familiarity with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

We welcome applicants who possess specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, or the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Any certifications or continuing education that emphasizes advanced therapy techniques will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The total compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, in line with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
