Work Environment

Our clinic operates onsite from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish personalized goals and treatment plans.
• Manage a dedicated caseload, seeing one patient per hour to ensure highly focused care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions that enhance movement and functional capabilities.
• Offer cost-effective therapies aimed at improving patients' range of motion, reducing their dependence on medications, and providing alternatives to surgical interventions.
• Create and evaluate comprehensive care plans, integrating various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Design tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' individual needs and health objectives.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery.
• Foster collaborations with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and treatment services delivered.
• Regularly monitor and assess treatment efficacy and patient progress, making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.

• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) software, with a preference for familiarity with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully treating diverse patient populations.
• Expertise in developing individualized treatment plans and adjusting them based on patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits
