Fit To Stretch Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to enhance our outpatient orthopedic clinic located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada. This full-time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while advancing your clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients to assess their mobility, strength, and functional abilities, ensuring that treatment plans are customized based on individual specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, to address musculoskeletal issues, alleviate pain, and promote healing.
• Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function for patients recovering from injuries.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies and self-management techniques for long-term movement health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes to support continuity of care and facilitate communication within the team.
• Engage in regular team meetings to collaborate on patient care and share best practices, enhancing the overall quality of service in our clinic.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in Nevada or eligibility for licensure.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with manual therapies and a range of therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

At Fit To Stretch Rehab Center, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
