Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility, and rehabilitation needs through clinical evaluations and functional assessments.
• Creating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that are tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Executing therapy programs that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on self-management techniques.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in our Raintree management system, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Engaging in patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation expectations, and preventive measures to enhance outcomes.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to optimize recovery and functional improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse patient population primarily focused on orthopedic conditions. This includes individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. (A Master's degree may be preferred depending on experience level.)
• An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is desired, we encourage enthusiastic new graduates to apply. Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and familiarization with outpatient therapy workflows are major advantages.

Compensation and Benefits
