Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility levels, and specific rehabilitation needs, establishing a clear understanding of their overall health conditions.
• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address each patient's unique goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods such as manual therapy techniques and tailored exercise regimens.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, guiding patients through exercises, providing clear instructions, and supporting them in developing the skills necessary for everyday activities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using Raintree software, ensuring compliance with clinic policies, legal requirements, and documentation standards.
• Engage patients and their families in educational discussions, explaining treatment plans, recovery progress, and effective strategies for injury prevention.
• Track and analyze patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to enhance recovery outcomes and ensure that patients stay on the path toward their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and movement disorders. Our diverse patient population ranges from active young adults to elderly individuals seeking improved mobility and quality of life. Your role will contribute significantly to their recovery journeys, helping them regain independence and functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada is necessary to practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
