Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients facing a variety of orthopedic conditions, ensuring a complete understanding of their medical history and current issues.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices, tailored specifically to each patient's needs and goals.
• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training techniques to promote healing and restore movement.
• Deliver educational guidance to patients and their families about injury prevention, efficient movement patterns, and home exercise regimens to aid in recovery.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress meticulously in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Actively monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of advancements and best practices in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgical interventions, and chronic orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada is required to practice.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.

• The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic-focused clinic setting.

• Demonstrable leadership qualities or experience mentoring less experienced staff is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
