Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our vibrant team at the Premier Health and Wellness Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in enhancing the lives of our patients through individualized therapeutic interventions designed to improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional ability. This is an onsite role located in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center.

Work Environment

As part of our Rehabilitation Center, you will be working in a collaborative and energetic atmosphere alongside a team of skilled professionals, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. The center is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and equipment, which enables us to provide cutting-edge treatments that cater to the unique needs of our diverse patient population. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities aimed at enhancing their physical health, pain management, and recovery.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, safe exercise techniques, and home programs that facilitate ongoing recovery.
• Administer modalities, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, ensuring compliance with safety and therapeutic standards.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in strength, range of motion, and overall functionality.
• Prepare treatment areas, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are organized and readily available.
• Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team to create cohesive care strategies that maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation, fostering a positive environment conducive to recovery.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and respect for individual rights.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, ideally with a background in various rehabilitation settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
