Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized therapy interventions that guide them towards achieving their functional milestones

Collaborate within Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical providers, and nurses to deliver complete and holistic care

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and their families about therapy methods to encourage sustained progress in their daily lives

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that patients are on the right path toward recovery

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Encouragement and support for further education and post-graduate certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) certification

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

A genuine passion for helping others and assisting them in achieving their utmost level of independence
