Quality Supervisor

Quality Compliance Team Lead | Colorado (On-Site) Our client, a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer in Colorado, is hiring a Quality Compliance Team Lead to manage audit and inspection programs across the site. You’ll be the point person when regulators show up — managing the logistics of hosting inspections, keeping the organization audit-ready year-round, and leading a team of 4 (mix of onsite and remote) while working closely with departments across the site. What we’re looking for: 8+ years in Quality/Compliance within pharma (open to strong medical device backgrounds) 5+ years managing audits/inspections (regulatory and internal) 3+ years leading quality systems elements — deviations, internal audits, training, product quality reviews Experience managing people through performance conversations, not just assigning tasks — this team is tenured and has strong personalities Comfortable presenting to leadership and communicating compliance risk clearly, up and down the org Bachelor’s in a scientific/technical field; relevant quality certifications a plus This is a growth seat — ideal for someone who wants to build toward a broader leadership track.
