Sales Engineer

Owning a net-new pipeline number, the full-time Senior GTM Engineer will build and manage AI-assisted demand generation systems and programs remotely, focusing on both inbound and outbound strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities Oversee inbound demand programs and experiments to feed the sales funnel Develop and maintain an AI-assisted outbound engine for personalized sales prospecting Measure and report on pipeline attribution and performance metrics regularly Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue operations with a focus on pipeline management Proven track record of building GTM systems or automations that drive pipeline or efficiency Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms at the workflow and integration level Familiarity with AI and automation tools in a go-to-market context Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on metrics and outcomes independently
