FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Fort Worth, TX 76102 | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20–$25/hr
• Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (8.5-hour days)
• Friday, 7:30 AM–1:30 PM (6-hour day; optional lunch—end time 2:00 or 2:30 PM if taken)
• Temp with the potential to be temp to hire
ROLE IMPACT
The Facilities Coordinator supports daily building operations to ensure a safe, organized, and well maintained workplace. This role coordinates vendor activities, assists with maintenance requests, and provides hands-on help with office setups, catering, and general facility upkeep. Success is measured by responsiveness, attention to detail, and maintaining an efficient, clean, and employee-friendly environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning schedules with vendors and contractors.
• Serve as the primary contact for facilities-related requests, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Assist with office logistics, including conference room and catering setup, stocking breakrooms, and organizing supplies.
• Monitor facility conditions, report maintenance needs, and support minor fixes as needed.
• Manage mail handling and package distribution for internal departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
• Use of mail carts, dollies, and other light equipment.
• Office environment with occasional work in mailroom or storage areas.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience coordinating vendors or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of office supply management or inventory systems.
• Interest in facility operations or workplace management.
