In this role, the OCM specialist will shape and execute change management strategies that guide diverse international audiences through complex organizational and technological shifts. The position leads the design and delivery of targeted communications, oversees the assessment and coordination of enterprise-wide change impacts, and manages stakeholder engagement across bureaus, posts, leadership teams, and functional partners. The specialist will contribute to high‐quality program deliverables, develop executive‐ready materials, support training and user adoption efforts, and monitor change effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong collaboration across workstreams, alignment with Department of State governance processes, and the ability to translate strategic program objectives into clear, actionable change activities that promote successful global adoption.
