Outbound B2B Sales Representative — Industrial Services (Northern KY / Cincinnati) — Base + OTE

We provide large-scale rigging, machinery relocation, and turnkey warehouse solutions for industrial customers. As we rebuild and strengthen our sales organization, we are seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach and strategic account development.

Position Summary
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for creating new business opportunities through high-volume prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a growth environment, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, and can independently advance opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborating across teams.

Location & Schedule
Based in the Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati area. On-site in Erlanger, KY for the 90-day, incentive-driven ramp period; hybrid schedule may be available after successful completion (typical: 2-3 days in office).

Compensation
Competitive base + competitive commission. Typical target OTE: 90-day ramp incentives paid during probation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings. Meet or exceed established weekly activity and pipeline targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Qualify prospects, identify business needs, and effectively manage opportunities through the sales process or transition them to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, including contacts, activities, notes, and deal stages.
• Utilize prospecting and sales engagement tools, including Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify prospects, execute outreach campaigns, and track results.
• Partner with operations and project teams to evaluate feasibility and scope for large-scale rigging, machinery moving, and warehouse projects.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome objections, re-engage stalled opportunities, and effectively prioritize activities.
• Provide ongoing feedback on market conditions, outreach effectiveness, and process improvements to support the continued development of the sales organization.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in outbound B2B sales with demonstrated experience managing high volumes of prospecting activity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility over the phone and through written communication.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM with a proven track record of maintaining accurate data and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with prospecting and sales tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or rigging-related industries.
• Familiarity with machinery relocation, warehouse setup and optimization, logistics operations, site planning, or heavy equipment moving.
• Experience working in a growing or evolving sales organization.
