Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.## **What You'll Be Doing*** Support daily plant, quarry, yard, and production operations to ensure efficient workflow.* Operate equipment and perform general labor duties in a safe and productive manner.* Inspect, clean, maintain, and assist with basic repairs of equipment and work areas.* Load, unload, stock, and move materials as needed to support business operations.* Follow all safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies while contributing to team success.## **What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.* Ability to perform a variety of hands-on tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.* Mechanical aptitude and capability to learn equipment operation and maintenance activities.* Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs across multiple functions.## **Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.## **Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## **What We Offer*** $18.06 to $24.24per hour.* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits.
