Overview Name: Clinical Coordinator Listing: We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator in a Rehabilitation Hospital Setting. Salary Position. Responsibilities Work 2 (12 hour) floor shifts per week with direct patient care Consistent review of patient charts checking for accuracy, completeness and quality of documentation Responsible for maintaining Employee Health Records Quality Assurance/patient satisfaction support Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Nursing, to include environmental rounds Assist with staffing needs On call duties to be determined by staffing needs Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Qualifications Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse with a current Louisiana license.
