Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate for a growing company in Laredo, TX.


Shift: Monday-Friday 730am - 5pm
Pay: $15/hour


Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and dolly safely
• Use computers and printers to process shipping and receiving documentation
• Cut and prepare wire using light warehouse equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep the warehouse organized
• Assist customers as needed with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than just a temporary job
