Director, College Thrive, Greater U.S. As our Director, College Thrive, Greater U.S., you will lead a team of College Thrive Coaches to ensure scholars matriculate to college, successfully persist, and graduate within four years. Day to day, you will work closely with counterparts across the organization to ensure the College Thrive program (for our CT scholars in college) is implemented with fidelity; work directly with a caseload of college scholars as they transition to college life, work towards a bachelor's degree, and graduate from college; and oversee the day-to-day needs of our College and University partnerships in the Greater U.S. To thrive in this role, you must have experience working with or advising college scholars and managing partnerships. This person can be based in one of our three regional hubs: Denver, New Orleans, D.C. Compensation and Benefits Full Ranges Washington D.C.; PGC: $115,000.00 - $165,000.00 Denver, Aurora: $99,000.00 - $142,000.00 New Orleans, Baltimore: $90,000.00 - $129,000.00 Target Ranges Washington D.C.; PGC: $127,500.00 - $139,999.00 Denver, Aurora: $109,750.00 - $120,499.00 New Orleans, Baltimore: $99,750.00 - $109,499.00 As a passionate member of College Track’s team, you would be provided access to extensive benefits centered around three core areas of wellness: health care, work-life balance, and financial security.
