Mission Drive revenue growth by executing effective sales strategies, recruiting and developing top-performing sales professionals, and ensuring consistent sales success across all channels. Success in this role means meeting and exceeding sales targets across multiple sales and marketing categories, including: Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Outside Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Facebook Advertising Customer Renewals Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns Local Service Ads (LSA) Direct Mail Campaigns By leading a team of high-performing “ A-players ,” the Sales Manager ensures we maximize every growth opportunity while maintaining a strong, results-driven sales culture . Financial Acumen – Manages sales budgets, tracks performance metrics, and aligns sales efforts with business goals. Customer Relationships – Builds and maintains strong client relationships, ensuring high renewal rates and excellent service. Talent Recruitmen t – Identifies and recruits top sales talent while fostering a culture of growth and leadership development. Communication – Effectively conveys ideas, provides feedback, and engages with team members, clients, and leadership.
