Nocturnist APP

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team as a Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (APP) on the coast of North Carolina. This critical night‑shift role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality patient care during night shifts, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as suturing, splinting, and managing wound care. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting care plans as necessary. Document patient interactions thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records. Schedule and Shift Details This is a full‑time, night‑shift position with a 7‑on/7-off schedule. Qualifications And Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of employment. Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitalist or nocturnist setting preferred. Physician Assistant‑Certified (PA‑C) in North Carolina (NC). Strong clinical skills and the ability to make decisions independently. Excellent communication skills with a patient‑centered approach.
