This role combines customer service, relationship building, and administrative support. You'll help prospective clients understand our services, gather important information, and guide them through the next steps in the intake process. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and confident communicating with people from all walks of life. What You'll Do Respond to inbound phone calls and live chat inquiries with professionalism, compassion, and urgency. Conduct outbound follow-up calls with individuals interested in SSDI or VA disability representation. Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression of the firm. Clearly explain our services and help prospective clients understand available options. Gather and accurately document client information within the firm's systems. Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps in the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records and ensure all intake documentation is complete and up to date. Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to support a seamless client experience. Perform general administrative tasks related to client onboarding and intake. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence. Ability to guide conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and build trust quickly. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, client intake, call center operations, sales, healthcare, insurance, legal services, or account management.
