Now they need a Director who can lead the next phase.

The Cardiovascular Platform

Major Cath Lab modernization
Newly launched EP Program
Newly relaunched Structural Heart and Interventional Cardiology programs
Executive visibility reporting directly to the COO
Capital support for technology and program development
Collaborative culture across cardiology, surgery, and operations

This is a role with both operational oversight and strategic influence.

Where You Will Make Impact

Strengthen physician relationships and service line alignment
Optimize throughput and lab utilization
Develop clinical leaders and succession depth
Support continued expansion of cardiovascular services
Align quality, patient outcomes, and financial performance

You will have a direct seat at the executive table and the authority to shape how the program grows.

What They’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in relevant field (Master’s pref)
5+ years of Cardiovascular or Cath Lab leadership experience required
Active RCIS or RN license required
Must have EP or Cath Lab clinical experience
