We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer with hands-on experience in the Pega Constellation Platform to design, develop, and implement scalable business applications using Pega's low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Infinity, Constellation UI architecture, case management, workflow automation, and integration services , and will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation Framework . Build scalable Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions leveraging Pega best practices. Develop responsive user interfaces using Constellation UI architecture and reusable components. Configure workflows, case types, data objects, decisioning rules, integrations, and business rules. Implement and customize APIs, connectors, and service integrations with external systems. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and application performance tuning. Ensure adherence to Guardrails, coding standards, and enterprise architecture principles. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution. Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams. Required Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development . Strong experience with Pega Infinity 23.x/24.x and Constellation UI . Workflow Automation Data Pages Decision Tables Decision Trees Activities Flows and Flow Actions Correspondence Rules Experience with Pega DX APIs and Constellation architecture. Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimization techniques. Experience integrating Pega applications with REST/SOAP services and external systems. Knowledge of Pega deployment processes and DevOps practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred, but not required: Experience migrating traditional Theme Cosmos applications to Constellation. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
