Customer Service Representative (Level III)

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for supporting financial services teams? We are seeking a dedicated Specialist to join our Client Account Services team as the primary operational partner for Financial Advisors and Client Associates.

In this essential role, you will provide critical investment account maintenance support—guiding advisors through new account setups, maintaining existing accounts, and enrolling clients in enhanced features. From troubleshooting operational errors to providing hands-on tutorial guidance and document review, you will ensure seamless service delivery across our wealth management network.

salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

ONSITE ROLE 

• Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9am -5:30pm EST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed



SHIFTS are listed in MST-

• Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Mon–Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Mon–Fri: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Client Account Services (CAS) primary client is Financial Advisors and Client Associates. CAS provides general investment account maintenance support such as opening a new account, maintaining existing accounts, and enrolling accounts in new features. This can include (but is not limited to) providing tutorial assistance, troubleshooting errors, and document review.

• Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9am -5:30pm EST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

• 2+ years of call center experience required

• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple screens efficiently

• Must be able to complete onsite training via Webex
