CT Tech - Weekend Shifts

Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday (19:00 - 07:00) and Monday (15:00 - 03:00)

Job Description

The CT Tech will operate a Siemens FORCE Scanner in a fast-paced emergency department environment, performing routine scans as well as specialized procedures for patients across all age groups, including trauma care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT imaging procedures, including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal scans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process.
• Collaborate with medical staff and respond to urgent diagnostic needs, including Code Stroke cases.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to infection control procedures.
• Utilize EPIC and Visage for patient records and imaging documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• ARRT (R)(CT) and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with Siemens FORCE scanner is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high daily caseload (150-200 scans).
