Role Overview In this essential role, you will administer a range of cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Requirements Possess a current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of North Carolina. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetic nursing Demonstrate a strong foundation in performing core medical aesthetic services, including injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm fillers, Restylane fillers, Sculptra) Exhibit an eagerness to learn and offer new and innovative services to meet the evolving needs of our patients. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through ongoing education and professional development. Demonstrates strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records Professional demeanor with a client‑first mindset Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Works collaboratively as part of a team. Respectful towards patients and co‑workers. Empathetic to patient needs and concerns. Excellent customer service and consultative skills Knowledge of electronic health records and thorough documentation skills Evenings and Saturday availability Flexibility to work at other locations (i.e., Wake Forest) Responsibilities Deliver best‑in‑class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Cross‑sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies Achieve daily/weekly/monthly individual service goals.
