Emergency Medicine Physician

This position involves handling patient encounters in the emergency department. You will provide care in a facility classified as a trauma level 3. Patient load is estimated at 25 per shift. General surgery and orthopedic surgery support services are available 24 hours. Cardio-thoracic surgery, catheterization lab, and neuro-surgery are not available. Radiology support is accessible, with a favorable OR response time. The facility has a labor and delivery department, but newborn deliveries are not received in the emergency department.
